Jim! I spoke out loud when listening, to this

1) when you said your meds are finally supporting you now "GOOD!!"

2) at the diabolical lack of importance with reportage of dire poverty, especially amongst our kids. Don't recall what actually said, probably thought it internally 😥

3) Uttered "bloody hell" at the 'woke scones', some sectors placing importance on that!!

Anyway, enjoyed the podcast and will share to the WhatsApp group for fitness at Park Lane Centre, Woodside, as this group has an amazing vibe and support for people trying to get and keep their mental health on track.

Listened to this today while on the treadmill, as in new bit of kit to replace much loved, much knackered (I accidentally killed it!) not a euphemism for rat race treadmill.

So good to hear the positive uptrend, long may it continue, Jim

Thank you, Kath! I'm glad you enjoyed it, and that it caused you to react out loud, I'll take that as a result. Thank you for sharing it, too. I hope the other group members find it useful, interesting, enjoyable, whatever.

Watching the wind and rain from indoors when I should really be taking exercise, I've pondered getting a treadmill. How are you finding it?

Had it less than a week, but actually feels good tbh. I wondered how I'd manage but I am fine. Fast walking pace rather than jogging, yet. It feels very strange when finished though, not sure if this is normal but feels as if floor still moving under feet
