Just looked "Quickly" at the 7 suggestions to combat "news avoidance" only "quickly" as I really wanted to avoid it!
However, what I read was encouraging, however not really realistic in the current "bonbardment" & relentless nepotism of news.
I subscribe to your 3rd category of "we chose" to avoid it & so "Please respect" our choice!
I feel much better for it & often now react to "the pips" with volumn down for 5 minutes!
