Pollip!

Jim, self esteem is very low!!

Bugger the reply E-mails, etc but you are SO WORTH your place on this plant!!!!

Listened to Kath & "Bees" No26

That was so touching & upsetting, but these things need to be heard & to also "inspire" people BECAUSE, you dont here this anymore on local radio, and if you did it would be "Edited" to Hell!

Your professionalism & layed back Style makes us want to listen!

DO NOT undervalue what you do, as people want to here your thoughts, interviews & beautiful 'Sound Scapes"

I often drop off listening to a walk over boards, or rapid water flowing!

Your 'Worth" & skill is invaluable!

Get well soon, Dr Soundscape!!🥰🥰👍🏻😉

Jim!

You are the listener to others, and so I am very glad the GP listened to you, it's a vital part of mending.

Your analogy to being a useless body bit such as a polyp or appendix, is ever so sad, but I kind of get it, can't explain why properly though.

I refer to my first sentence... listener to others! It's a wonderful quality to have!

Slow and steady, bars of music/spoon theory, grounding or whatever helps you.

Take care, Kath

Thank you, Kath. I'm very glad the GP listened to me, too. And I mustn't forget the importance of being a listener, as well. 'Slow and steady' has helped me through the last week or so, and I'm pondering adopting spoon theory, too. Or asking, as Sarah Knight would put it, “Does this fit into my F*ck Budget?” https://sarahknightauthor.substack.com/p/should-you-give-that-fuck

Yes, Nige, it is. Sorry for not replying sooner. Wasn't Kath great?

That's exactly my thinking: some things need to be heard, to inform and inspire people. And if I can help them be heard, that's all I want to do.

Sorry for the lack of new audio lately. Still brain-foggy and tiring easily. But there'll be some more on Friday (I hope).
