This was a really interesting podcast and I very much felt for Jan and how she had been treated. Very hard for her indeed. I wonder how many other blameless individuals are trapped in these types of bizarre Stasi like situations, that presumably have arisen from the DWP's need to demonstrate its complete accountability with public money. Where is common sense? And why is it always the poorest and most vulnerable who get subjected to this level of scrutiny?
