The Hello You Sunday Supplement, Issue 33
A Paschal package of links and recommendations to entertain and engage you
Hello, you … and Happy Easter!
I hope you’re having the best weekend you can, with whomsoever you’re spending it. As per personal tradition I listened to Bach’s St Matthew Passion on Friday, and I’m having hot cross buns for breakfast whilst writing today’s Sunday Supplement. It’s not much by the way of observance; I should do more, but sometimes it’s a choice between doing more and doing me, isn’t it?
It’s a very busy time at Hello You World Headquarters (kinda an excuse), not least because so much is going on that will lead to exciting episodes of the podcast over the next few weeks. Thank you to everyone who’s got in touch via email, social media or confidentially on Signal with tipoffs, suggestions and leads to some really great personal stories that often tie in with big local and national news. I won’t list them all now, but suffice to say that you won’t want to miss any of them. And the best way of making sure you don’t is simply to hit this here green button:

You can hear members of Shropshire’s trans community sharing their thoughts, fears and feelings in the light of the Supreme Court decision, on a special episode of Hello You the Shropshire podcast. I recorded it yesterday at a trans solidarity rally in Telford, and I’ll publish it tomorrow morning. To make sure you don’t miss it, subscribe:
